We ensure broker fees are paid directly to the broker from initial drawdown on terms agreed with the borrower.
We are always available at the early stage of a transaction for a confidential discussion to brainstorm potential funding solutions for your clients. We pride ourselves on giving clear, concise feedback. If we can’t help we will refer you to someone who might be able to.
Broker partnerships

We move quickly to assess applications with initial feedback provided within 24 hours and indicative terms typically issued within 48 hours (or sooner).

We have a simple New Zealand-based credit process and can ensure we meet your timeframes.

We don’t have set pricing parameters or lending criteria – we price and structure transactions based on risk and on a deal-by-deal basis.
